This is a system in which the University proactively establishes and operates new chairs based on scholarship donations from companies, in accordance with the wishes of the donors.
At least one professor or associate professor and one associate professor or assistant professor will be assigned to the chair and will be responsible for its operation.
The content of education and research will be in line with the donor’s intentions, while ensuring the autonomy of the University.
As a general rule, chairs are established for a period of three to five years (renewable).
The handling of patents and other rights related to inventions of endowed chairs will be in accordance with the University’s Invention Regulations.
